Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion, styling and creating a welcoming customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers by providing personalized service and styling advice.
• Assist customers in finding products for a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals.
• Develop understanding of J.Jill merchandise to offer expert guidance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor set execution; participate in marketing, product processing and replenishment, markdowns and promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization.
• Work with teammates to foster a positive and supportive environment.
• Address customer needs and concerns with a friendly, solution‑oriented approach.
• Perform additional responsibilities to help the store succeed.
