Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/Achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

• Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology to be well-informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment
