Sézane seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to join our Williamsburg, Brooklyn store. You will represent the brand, deliver excellent service and help customers in a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in fashion retail or customer service, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, teamwork and weekend availability. You’ll maintain product knowledge, inventory support and visual standards. Pay is $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of fashion retail experience or customer service roles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule and weekend availability required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience at the store.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational procedures.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained.
