Purpose Boutique is hiring a Part-Time Fashion Retail Sales Stylist to create personalized, memorable shopping experiences for every customer who walks through our Tacoma store.

This is an active, customer-facing sales role. You will spend your time getting to know customers, building complete looks, making confident recommendations, and developing the relationships that bring people back. Training & Growth

You will receive hands‑on training with a manager or assistant manager, followed by a structured onboarding experience with regular coaching and check‑ins.

Strong performers may have opportunities for additional hours and advancement into Career Stylist or store leadership as business needs evolve.

Schedule, Pay & Benefits

This is a part‑time, in‑store role averaging 15–20 hours per week. Purpose stores are open seven days a week, so regular weekend availability and occasional closing shifts are part of the role.

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour, based on experience, plus performance‑based bonus opportunities.

Purpose offers a SIMPLE IRA with up to a 3% company match, paid time off, and an employee discount. This role is not eligible for medical or dental benefits.
