Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive selling efforts and cultivate strong customer relationships through outstanding service in our stores. You will perform daily store functions including merchandising, stock, and basic operations, while emphasizing teamwork and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, fashion knowledge, and a proactive, friendly attitude. Pay is $17.05 per hour and eligibility for the company 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent English communication with customers and management.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Displays fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs while upholding DTLR standards and building relationships.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Projects a positive, energetic attitude to customers and coworkers.
• Complies with all company policies.
• Supports service training and product programs.
• Keeps visual standards, restocks, and size runs aligned with directions.
• Helps deter theft and maintains a neat store.
• Keeps the store organized as directed by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
