Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive selling efforts and deliver excellent customer service. You will handle merchandising, checkout, and store maintenance while building relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and a positive attitude; you will assist with shipments, pricing, and maintaining visual standards. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with management, customers and other employees.
• Must possess basic fashion and style trend knowledge and desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
• Must possess problem-solving abilities, analytical abilities, detail orientation, flexibility, communication skills and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge and satisfies customer needs by selling appropriate merchandise while maintaining DTLR standards and building relationships.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Presents a positive, energetic, outgoing impression to each customer while demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the job and company.
