Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual clinic visits to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and care coordination with other providers.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, and billing verification.
• Maintain a safe care environment through routine examinations and appointment management.
