Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking a dependable Part-Time Custodian to support a facility in Los Angeles, CA. The role emphasizes high-quality service, attention to detail, and professional conduct in delivering cleaning duties.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning of bathrooms, offices, and common areas, reporting repair needs, and maintaining general upkeep. The position offers health benefits and a part-time schedule Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand and walk during the shift.
• Part-time shift: Monday–Friday, as needed.
• Pay rate: $17.75/hour plus Health & Welfare Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Cleans bathrooms, offices, hallways by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing metals.
• Empties and decontaminates trash containers.
• Moves, rearranges, and dusts furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans windows and walls with appropriate tools.
• Folds microfiber towels and flat mops when assigned.
• Performs General Cleaning of all areas of the building as directed.
