Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor to perform building cleaning and maintenance duties at one Belton, MO site. The role emphasizes organization, schedule adherence, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals, with a 3–4 hour day shift and a weekly schedule.

The candidate must be 18+ and able to clear a background check; duties include general cleaning, floor maintenance, and safety compliance, with pay $24.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and dust.
• Empty waste receptacles and dispose of trash.
• Clean and sanitize desks, countertops, and tables.
• Dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Restroom cleaning and supply replenishment.
• Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets.
• Follow cleaning protocols for sensitive areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and adhering to policies.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
