Job summary

The Hilton Garden Inn Uniontown is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to support the Food & Beverage Manager in restaurant, bar, and event operations. This hands-on role drives guest experiences—from dining service to event coordination and social media promotion.

The Part-Time nature fits with other commitments, offering 20–25 hours weekly and opportunities for gratuity on events and shifts. Hilton Go employee travel discounts are available to staff.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or event coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative with an eye for social media content.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with restaurant and bar operations.
• Support bar service with 1–2 shifts per week as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and Hilton brand standards.
• Coordinate and execute on-site events, including setup and client communication.
• Stay on-site during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver seamless events.
• Assist with marketing and social media for restaurant, bar, and events.
