Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, especially eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and upsell/cross-sell.
• Team player who is adaptable, supportive and receptive to feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle workload pressure.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal on sales floor and back of house.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless customer experience.
• Follow brand policies and store procedures.
