Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's LensCrafters in Colorado is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. The role supports optometric care, links the doctor and retail functions, and helps meet store performance goals by guiding patients through exams, eyewear selection, and service processes.

You will greet customers promptly, explain procedures, review prescriptions, manage patient records with HIPAA, operate POS, and assist with frame/lens choices and contact lens care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and eyewear is helpful.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Problem solving, organization and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with eyewear selections.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully for accuracy.
• Handle patient records per HIPAA and operate the POS system.
• Maintain store appearance and respond to promotions and inquiries.
