Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time physician for Express Care in Andover, MA. The role supports Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics with cross-coverage at Andover and Lawrence.

You will care for patients with a broad range of acute illnesses in a fast-paced team environment, supervise 6 Advanced Practice Providers, and utilize on-site imaging and point-of-care testing. Flexible scheduling and PSLF eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing acute clinical needs across urgent care settings.
• Ability to supervise mid-level providers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Cares for patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and procedural needs.
• Provides supervisory oversight for a team of 6 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Handles an average of ~3 patients per clinician per hour.
• Utilizes on-site imaging and point-of-care testing (COVID, flu, RSV, STI).
• Coordinates with Mass General Brigham imaging services for additional needs.
