Job summary

TEAM is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s beverage brand at events across the designated market. You will engage with consumers, build brand affinity, and support event teams in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, enjoy interacting with people, and have prior experience in marketing events or as a brand ambassador. Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone, and be 18 or older (21+ for alcohol-related programs).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ for alcohol-related programs).
• Previous experience working in Marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and access to a smartphone.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute fun themed interactive events with consumers at local settings and events.
• Work with the Regional Manager to be assigned each event, trained and report results.
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activation.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items provided.
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager with recap and photos.
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown of promotional assets.
