Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Boulder is seeking a dynamic Food Expeditor Runner to join our team. You will deliver food orders to guests, ensure proper presentation, and assist with bus­sing tables while staying attuned to the hotel’s art and decor.

You’ll be a spokesperson for the community, know local spots to recommend, and handle side work duties. Weekend nights and PM availability are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel/restaurant service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs.
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out.
• Assist with bussing tables and knowing decor and local spots to recommend.
• Be a spokesperson for the Community and know local spots to recommend.
• Complete side work duties and assist wait staff as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs
• Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensures guests have all they need
• Assists with bussing tables
• Ensure you are acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.
• Be a spokesperson for the Community and be able to know local spots to recommend.
• Complete side work duties
• Assist wait staff as needed
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant service role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
