Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in a related field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid telephone number.

Responsibilities

• Inspect entrances/exits and restricted areas to ensure security.
• Monitor crowd flow and search articles as required by event rules.
• Report suspicious behavior and disturbances to supervisors.
• Maintain safety and policies, assist guests with directions and accessibility needs.
• Perform timekeeping and handle guest questions calmly and professionally.
