Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; driving may require additional screening.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Control access, scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct crowd movement.
• Screen guests via bag searches, hand wand or metal detector, verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches at checkpoints.
• Provide escorts for unruly guests when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and regulations.
• Provide helpful directions to enhance guests' experience.
