Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid security guard registration/license per law.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or event experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas.

• Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious activity.
• Prevent unauthorized access and protect company and client property.

• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients, guests, employees, and fellow security personnel.
• Contact supervisors and emergency services when appropriate.
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and client instructions.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
