Job summary

Bath Center is hiring Brand Ambassadors / Lead Generators to represent the company at home shows, fairs, retail locations, and events throughout the Portland metro area.

The role is part-time with weekend availability (Friday–Sunday). You will earn $21.00 per hour guaranteed plus uncapped commissions, including $50 per qualified appointment and typical earnings of $300–$500+ per week, with mileage and parking reimbursements and paid training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in lead generation and event marketing is a plus.
• Ability to engage with homeowners and explain products clearly.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bath Center at home shows, retail locations, community events, and promotional venues.
• Engage with prospective customers and generate interest in remodeling services.
• Educate homeowners on products and services and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Generate qualified leads through face-to-face interaction and maintain event displays.
• Accurately collect customer information and present company in a positive manner.
