Job summary

Dashi Rivers LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in Northville, MI and nearby areas. This in-person role supports families and works under a BCBA-created treatment plan to promote skill development through structured sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required.
• Background check required.
• Experience working with children or background in Special Education, Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health preferred.
• Energetic, empathetic and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physical floor play.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home and center settings.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track progress and collect session data accurately during ABA therapy sessions.
• Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support skill development.
• Partner with families and supervisors to ensure high-quality ABA therapy.

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on Experience and Certifications

Location: In Person- Northville, MI and surrounding locations within a 25 mile radius

Schedule: 3:00pm-6:30pm, multiple days with the opportunity to pick up additional hours
