Job summary

One Stop Inc. is hiring part-time Pullers at our Grand Rapids distribution center. You will locate items on pick tickets, pull quantities, and prepare orders for packing, with shifts starting around 4:00 pm and ending between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm depending on sales.

This role offers weekly pay, no weekend work, and an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse team. Prior Hilo experience is a plus, and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour applies.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong basic math skills and the ability to count quickly and accurately.
• High attention to detail essential for accuracy.
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by locating products listed on pick tickets and selecting the correct quantities by style, size, and color.
• Neatly stack and fold products on pulling carts and keep multiple orders organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bin locations accessed during pulling process.
• Accurately collate packing slips and shipping labels for each order.
• Maintain attendance and meet productivity and accuracy targets.
