Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions in Florida is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Lake Worth Beach area. This is a great side job with short evening shifts and guaranteed hours.

Typical shifts run Sunday through Thursday starting at 7:00 PM, 1–4 hours per night, with pay ranging from $400 to $1,300 per month and $20–$65 per service night. This is a 1099 contractor role with paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle (truck, trailer, or utility van).
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone required for work communication.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
