Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Durham, NC 27707 area. This position offers consistent, short evening shifts with guaranteed hours and a predictable schedule, typically 1 to 4 hours per night from 8:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday.

Paid training is provided and the role is a contractor (1099) position. Job duties include collecting bagged trash and recyclables, transporting waste to the on-site dumpster, and performing duties

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Must own a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone required for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Compensation

• $400 to $1300 per month, dependent on community size
• $20 to $65 per service night, dependent on community size
• Flat-rate pay structure

Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday evenings
• Start time: 8:00 PM
• 1 to 4 hours per night, dependent on community size
• Friday and Saturday off
