Responsibilities

• Maintain building security and safety by securing entrances as required.
• Monitor facilities for unauthorized occupants and report concerns.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms with supplies replenishment.
• Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and waste materials.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and related methods.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and operate equipment.
• Notify management of maintenance issues or needed repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces and fixtures to maintain a professional appearance.
• Dust and wipe furniture, walls, machinery and other surfaces.
• Sort and handle recyclables per company procedures.
• Handle, transport and dispose of waste in medical facilities per regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
