Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience as a Janitorial Supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; gas compensation provided.
• Experience supervising cleaning operations and staff in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff and assign duties.
• Schedule staff shifts and monitor attendance.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and assist with promotions or terminations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Inspect work to ensure standards are met and manage supplies inventory.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Step in during staff shortages when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and E-Verify requirements.
