Job summary

Gallaher Signature Living seeks a Part-Time Server to deliver elevated dining experiences for residents, family members, and guests. You will uphold hospitality standards, provide attentive service, and maintain a clean, SAFE dining environment in line with company policies.

Shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM; role includes wine and beverage service, menu knowledge, and collaboration with the Executive Chef to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in food and beverage service; hospitality or fine-dining a plus.
• Ability to operate standard dining equipment and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined, courteous meal service to residents, family members, and guests.
• Serve and replenish beverages—water, coffee, tea, soda, wine, beer, cocktails—using proper glassware.
