• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in racks or on conveyor to dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Keeps dish area safe and organized, assists with loading/unloading as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
