Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a part-time evening cleaner for a corporate office building in Broomfield, CO. The shift is Monday-Friday, 5:30pm-8pm, with start ASAP. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour and increases to $19.00 per hour after one month of excellent attendance and teamwork.

Applicants should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Job Title: Part-timeevening Cleaner (Janitorial)

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a part-time evening cleaner for a Corporate office building in Broomfield, CO.

The shift is Monday-Friday, 5:30pm-8pm.

Pay is: $18.50 per hour*(increases to $19.00 per hour after 1 month of excellent attendance, reliability, team work, attention to detail)

Start ASAP

Cleaning duties include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
• Trash Removal
• Dusting
• Cleaning all areas of restrooms.
• Cleaning glass
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
• Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.

Requirements:

• Have reliable transportation
• Have a valid drivers license, social security card & either a valid US passprt OR US Birth certificate OR valid work visa
• Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
• Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds
