Job summary

BreakThru Services is a leading ABA therapy provider for children ages 2-21. We offer 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings with plans developed by a LMHP, plus ongoing progress updates and team trainings.

Flexible schedules, paid in-house training, sign-on bonuses for RBTs, and opportunities for growth are available as part of a supportive, kid-focused team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a LMHP.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on goals.
• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings.
• Maintain high professionalism in dress, timeliness, and communication.

• Participate in team meetings and additional trainings
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
