Job summary

B-and-B-Maintenance is seeking a part-time cleaner in West Milton, OH. Evening shifts with approximately 6 hours per week, about 2 hours each night after 5:30pm, to keep buildings clean, disinfected, and orderly.

Typical duties include trash disposal, dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and restroom sanitation. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail oriented.
• Background check, drug test & E-Verify required.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Dust high and low surfaces; clean glass.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum; sanitize restrooms.
• Disinfect surfaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri, ~2 hours per night after 5:30pm.

The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition.

Typical duties include: Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms.

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Approximately 2 hours each night. Flexible start time after 5:30pm
