Job summary

Bbmaint is seeking a part-time Cleaner in Lima, Ohio. The role cleans two banks within a short drive, in downtown Lima and Faurot Park areas, with evening hours and a flexible schedule. You will perform routine cleaning: trash disposal, dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation.

Schedule is Monday/Wednesday/Friday, about 3 hours per night after 5 pm. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to pass a background check, drug test, and E-Verify.

Qualifications

This position cleans 2 banks within a 10-minute driving distance that you are paid for.

The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition.

Typical duties include: Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms.

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Approximately 3 hours each night. Flexible start time after 5pm
