Job summary

B-and-B-Maintenance is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner for Columbia Station, OH (near airport). Evening hours with a flexible schedule, bi-weekly pay, and a total of 4.5 hours per week. The cleaner will keep assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and orderly.

Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri, about 1.5 hours each night after 5pm. Typical duties include trash disposal, dusting, glass cleaning, and restroom sanitation. Requirements include dependability, transportation, and a background/verification check.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail oriented.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify required.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispose of trash and recyclables; high and low dusting; glass cleaning; sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Sanitize surfaces and restrooms; maintain cleanliness of assigned buildings.
• Support overall cleanliness and orderliness of facilities.

The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition.

Typical duties include:

• Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms.

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Approximately 1.5 hours nightly. Flexible start after 5pm
