Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Ethnic Studies or an area of social science or humanities with emphasis in Ethnic Studies or Cultural Studies.
• Demonstrable college-level teaching experience in Ethnic Studies or a related discipline.
• Ph.D. in Ethnic Studies or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Ethnic Studies courses, focusing on intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and class in the U.S.
• Instructors teach courses across American Indian/Indigenous, African American, Latina/o/e, or Asian American communities.
• Position contingent on need and funding for Fall and/or Spring semesters of the 2026-2027 academic year.
