Job summary

Caring Transitions of San Antonio-Central is seeking reliable, respectful, and physically capable individuals to assist with the clean-out and removal of household items from homes, garages, estates, and properties. This is a labor-only position with no moving truck driving or transportation of items required. Work is project-based, and hours may vary weekly.

• Able to lift 40-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Physically able to work on your feet and outdoors.
• Applicant must have own vehicle to get to job sites or meet-up spots.
• Flexible schedule based on job assignments.

Responsibilities

• Load and remove furniture, trash, debris, and junk from homes, garages, offices, and properties.
• Carry heavy items safely up/down stairs and into dumpsters onsite.
• Work on-site as part of a team to clean out spaces quickly and efficiently.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal (inside garages/storage buildings).
• Assist with setup, light demo, and clean-up as needed.
• Represent the company professionally with clients.
