Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an Environmental Services Coordinator for our Teterboro, NJ facility. This part-time role involves cleaning restrooms, break areas, offices and public spaces, with a focus on safety and appearance.

You will report to the Vice President of Facilities and support a high-standard, sanitary environment. The position requires a HS diploma or GED and 1 year of related cleaning experience, plus 1–3 months of on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Must have legal work status in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year related experience in commercial cleaning.
• 1–3 months on-the-job training to learn department policies and techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Cleans restrooms, break areas, conference rooms, offices and common areas.
• Dusts, vacuums, mops, disinfects surfaces and replenishes supplies.
• Maintains public areas and promptly handles spills and accidents.
• Follows safety policies and uses PPE as required.
• Maintains regular attendance; may include night or weekend hours.
• Communicates with executives and team to ensure cleanliness standards.
