You’ll use your behavioral knowledge in real-life situations to help support growth, independence, communication, and participation.
You don’t have to be perfect—you do need to be dependable, engaged, and genuinely interested in behavioral support.

Experience with AAC, PECS, or other alternative communication systems is a plus.
This isn't a position where you're simply there to supervise someone or fill time.
Your skills matter.
You’ll have the opportunity to use behavioral principles in everyday situations—to teach communication, build independence, work through challenges, and help create opportunities for success.
You’ll also be joining a knowledgeable, supportive team where consistency and collaboration are important. You'll receive ABA-focused training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to learn from other experienced professionals.
Most importantly, you'll get to know the person you're supporting—their interests, strengths, personality, and goals—and help them have a life that is active, meaningful, and connected to their community.
If you're looking for part-time work where your behavioral expertise can make a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you.
