Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Licensed Patrol Response in New York, NY. The role provides fixed anchor shifts at a designated site with the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.87 per hour. Requirements include NYS Security Guard License, at least one year of security experience, and a high school diploma. Flexible hours offer potential to scale up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, residents, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, directing individuals as needed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts and emergency services.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs of patrols and observations.
