Allied Universal in Rialto, CA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Screening Compliance to deliver reliable, consistent hours at a designated site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up extra shifts when it fits your schedule.

This part‑time role offers anchor shifts, a $18.80 per hour pay rate, and a route toward full‑time opportunities. Candidates perform client reception, screening, incident response, and patrols to maintain a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, and authorized personnel entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures, including verification of identification and access credentials.
• Monitor screening equipment and conduct inspections of packages, personal belongings, and other items as permitted by site policy and applicable procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, loading zones, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
