Brightmont Academy is seeking educators to deliver personalized, one-on-one instruction to students from 1st through 12th grade. The role emphasizes tailoring lessons to each learner, with a flexible schedule and no required lesson planning outside class time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in your subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics—anything that fuels your passion!)
• Patience & empathy: you understand that every student learns differently and you’re committed to supporting them.
• A heart for teaching: a genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
• Proficiency using G-Suite and LMS.
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach students one-on-one, tailoring lessons to their unique needs and learning styles.
• Focus on inspiring students without extra grading or conferences mentioned in the role.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Requirements
