Job summary

Wingate University is seeking applicants to fill several part-time, adjunct teaching positions in English & Modern Languages. These positions will primarily teach in-person classes on our main campus.

Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree or higher in a related discipline and college teaching experience. Experience with Canvas, Zoom, Snagit, Camtasia and other e-learning tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree or higher in a related discipline and college teaching experience.
• Experience with learning management system (Canvas) and content development tools such as Zoom, Snagit, Camtasia and other e-learning tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in the English & Modern Languages discipline.
• Regular, predictable attendance on campus (for in-person classes).
• Align with University mission, vision, and strategic roadmap.
• Other job duties/responsibilities may be assigned.
