Spanish Schoolhouse LLC in Katy, TX is seeking a Part-Time English Kindergarten Teacher for our Katy campus. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom and deliver the Spanish Schoolhouse curriculum, guiding students toward academic success through hands-on activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and teaching certification, fluency in English, and prior teaching experience. The schedule is 8:30am–2:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, with potential extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Creating a safe and nurturing and welcoming learning environment for students.

• Setting classroom rules and expectations using positive discipline.
• Teaching according to the Spanish Schoolhouse curriculum and preparing students for academic success.
• Helping each child reach their full potential through individualized attention with a focus on engaging them in conversation and hands-on learning.
• Documenting children’s daily activities and developmental growth, and keeping parents informed of progress.
• Maintaining positive relationships and communication with students, parents, and team members at all times.
