Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in STEM education or related fields.
• Experience working with undergraduate students providing academic and emotional support.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic support to undergraduate students.
• Oversee work of student tutors in STEM disciplines.
• Lead the RBJCOE Accelerated Engineering Readiness Opportunity (AERO) program in summer.
• Establish strong relationships with students to enhance engagement.
• Offer emotional support to students navigating challenges.
• Collaborate with faculty to support students' academic needs.
• Maintain accurate student records and monitor progress.
• Integrate Biblical principles into tutoring practices.
