Job summary

Walla Walla Community College is seeking a part-time Energy Systems Technology instructor to join a standing adjunct pool for the 2026-2027 academic year. Courses may include Programmable Logic Controllers, Blueprint Reading, and Principles of Electricity Theory, taught across WWCC campuses or online where approved.

Qualified applicants will hold an AAS in Electrical Technology or Energy Systems Technology, have apprenticeship completion or a journey-level license, and at least three years in

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electrical Technology or Energy Systems Technology.
Completion of an Apprenticeship and/or current electrical journey-level license.
Minimum of three years' related maintenance/electrical experience.
Experience teaching mechanical-electrical concepts.
Remote work eligibility for selected states.

Responsibilities

Teach assigned classes at the scheduled time.
Provide syllabus and grading per policy.
Maintain student records and grades.
Utilize LMS and instructional technology.
Offer flexible formats (in-person, hybrid, online).
