Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Endodontist to join DCS Clinical in Englewood and Venice, Florida on a part-time basis. The role offers scheduling flexibility and the chance to provide endodontic care in two Gulf Coast communities.

Ideal candidates will have an active Florida license, completed endodontic residency, and strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to collaborate with general dentists and maintain high patient care standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics specialty residency program.
• Active Florida dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical endodontic skills.
• Ability to independently evaluate and treat endodontic cases.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Board-certified or board-eligible Endodontists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive endodontic examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide nonsurgical root canal therapy.
• Evaluate and manage complex endodontic cases.
• Perform endodontic retreatment when clinically appropriate.
• Diagnose and manage dental pain and endodontic infections.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate comprehensive patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality specialty care while ensuring a positive patient experience.
