Salary

• $8,000-$12,000 production per day*
• A guaranteed salary with the ability to earn up to 70% higher than the national average and a 4‑day work week for full‑time employees
• The 2025 average salary for a part‑time Endodontist with Aspen Dental was $313,350

How You’ll Succeed

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues while maintaining the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Evaluate findings and prescribe methods of treatment to prevent loss of teeth and restore teeth to function
• Embrace a team‑first mindset through collaboration to provide personalized, high‑quality care
• Commit to staying on top of innovative endodontic practices
• Maintain affiliation with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the local community

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA is required
• Specialty certificate
