Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners' O'Neal Endodontics is seeking a compassionate Part Time Dental Assistant to support our endodontists during treatment and help deliver high-quality patient care.

This role provides chair-side assistance, x-ray taking, charting, sterilization, and patient education in a small, doctor-led practice. Schedule: Part Time, Mon/Tues/Thu 7am-4pm; benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental assisting experience.
• Compassionate and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side support: assist, chart, educate patients, set up and clean operatory.
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
• Welcome and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control protocols and patient confidentiality.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
