• Prior teaching experience with an accredited paramedic program; MFRI Instructor or NAEMSE Instructor.
• Letter of recommendation from chief or supervisor where certification is held.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned class(es) in accordance with expectations.
• Develop scenarios, lesson plans, and test questions.
• Assess student progress and assign grades.
• Prepare students for state and national paramedic certification exams.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to students on performance and professional development.
• Adhere to safety procedures and departmental standards.
• Submit grades and attendance by deadlines.
