Join Parachute, LLC in Statesville, NC is hiring a Part-Time EMT (EMT-B / EMT-A) to join our Center Medical team. You will focus on donor health, safety, and creating a positive donor experience in a fast-growing plasma donation network.

Responsibilities include health screenings, responding to donor reactions, maintaining logs, and collaborating with center staff. The role requires a current EMT certification, BLS/CPR, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Certified/licensed EMT (Advanced or Basic).
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross trained in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
