• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, composed manner.
• Prepare and submit accurate activity reports and logs.
