The role involves coordinating orientation, training, and supervision for participants, helping them set and achieve goals, and advocating for person-centered services. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma/GED with related experience; valid driver’s license and ability to transport participants is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and 2 years of related experience required.
• Associate's degree and 1 year of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Support Professional provides orientation, training, and supervision of individual members in the program by implementing employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assure jobs are performed to specifications.
